The Castle Ruins in Laaber, Germany

I once climbed this castle ruins in Laaber. It is a municipality in Regensburg in the state of Bavaria, Germany. I am trying to look the first images that I took some years ago but to no success, I just can't locate it right now. The castle was said to be built around the 1200.
